Jon has developed leadership courses for Cranfield University’s Praxis Business School, where he lectured in personal development. A former Corporate Director and CEO himself, Jon has raised over £200m across several start-up and turnaround businesses. Jon realised that the key success component in any business is its people and became increasingly interested in how to develop and inspire them to succeed. He is an accredited EI consultant, an MBSR teacher, a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist as well as a member of the EMCC. Jon has a BA in Marketing; holds Fellowships with both the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce (RSA).

Matt’s experience within the tech sector has given him an understanding of how businesses like to buy and budget, and why continuity is the key to success.
